Rolling membranes are reinforced membranes that are typically high, the height-to-diameter ratio of which can make their production process challenging.

Our membranes are visually inspected in accordance with the specifications upon the customer’s request and then subjected to a mechanical check, passing through a customised pressure/vacuum control unit to check for micro holes and potential leaks, and then they are subjected to fatigue, burst and controlled temperature tests, thereby ensuring defect-free products.

  • Capacity to produce membranes with profiles up to 0.25 mm
