Bellows
Bellows are mainly used to protect devices with axial or polar movement, which are associated with different applications, such as the passage of cables and hoses (e.g. the passage of electrical cables from body to door, in the Automotive sector, passages of push rods in pneumatic components, etc.).
The rubber bellows can protect from dust, dirt, UV, wood or metal shavings, moisture, splashes of water or liquids in general, oils, chemicals and other environmental contaminants, while remaining flexible.
The special compounds resistant to oils, solvent greases and even some acids have broadened the use of bellows to protect devices in environments that are heavily contaminated with lubricants and solvents: hydraulic distributors and valves, brake calipers, brake pumps, hydraulic systems in general and hydraulic cylinders.
